Borrower Solutions and Loss Mitigation Specialist

Centennial Lending is seeking an entry-level Borrower Solutions and Loss Mitigation Specialist. This position works closely with our loan servicing department and primarily assists mortgage and auto lease borrowers. This role has broad responsibilities and opportunities including monitoring and communicating daily regarding delinquent loans, understanding investor guidelines (FNMA, FHLB, FHA, USDA), establishing communication with borrowers and credit union investors, offering financial solutions including modifications or deferrals, and reporting delinquency status to perspective investors. Training for this position and the majority of work will be performed onsite at our Firestone, CO location. Click here to learn more.
