During the application process, we’ll need a couple of things, including complete copies of your last two year’s personal and or business federal tax returns, identification, W-2’s, all schedules and associated K-1 forms, a year-to-date business balance sheet, current paystubs, general property information, lease agreements or current rent roll (if applicable).
