Residential Lot Loans are primarily offered to existing Credit Union members or consumers who are interested in purchasing a site on which to construct a residence.
We offer a variety of options to meet your specific needs. These options will impact your loan terms and interest rate. In any event, you will need a minimum down-payment of 30% in order to qualify for a residential lot loan.
