Once your loan closes we will work directly with you and your contractor to ensure that your project expenses are monitored and funded efficiently. Our goal is to get you through construction and into your new home with a permanent mortgage from Centennial Lending.
We offer construction loans in Colorado, Idaho, Nebraska, Oregon and Wyoming.
