About Tim

Tim Thomas joined Centennial Lending LLC in January 2012 as Vice President/Business Development.  He has over 25 years of experience in SBA and commercial real estate lending and was formerly with Small and Medium Enterprise division of  Bank of the West and served as a regional manager with Washington Mutual.  Tim is a CCIM candidate and serves on CCIM’s Colorado/Wyoming Chapter Board of Directors. He is a sponsor and frequent panelist for the Denver Commercial Association of Realtors®   and is a producer of educational videos on commercial real estate topics.  Tim specializes in “small balance” commercial real estate permanent and construction lending and has been a top producer at Centennial for the past eight years, serving the leading commercial real estate brokerages in Metro Denver. 

Tim is a graduate of Santa Clara University and has done graduate work at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. He is a native of Denver and he and his family reside in Englewood.
