VA Loans in Denver
VA loans are guaranteed and administered by the Department of Veterans Affairs and require little to no down payment. Instead of requiring mortgage insurance, Veteran’s Affairs will charge a “funding fee” to guarantee the loan. This fee is included in the loan amount, which is determined by your down payment and your branch of service.
You should keep in mind that some conventional loans also allow for low down payments. With that in mind, it’s a good idea to compare loan programs. The loan specialists at Centennial Lending are happy to help you select the best option. We are based in Longmont, which is about a 30-minute drive from both Denver and Boulder. While we are dedicated to local servicing, we also offer services to our neighbors in Nebraska and Wyoming.
