If you’ve never applied for a commercial property loan before, you might have a couple of questions.
Commercial loans are usually provided with an amortization of 20-25 years and can be taken out under the name of the business. Additionally, commercial mortgage loan borrowers are generally required to pay a down payment of at least 25 percent.
