Business Lending School is usually hosted at our Firestone, Colorado headquarters, but was most recently offered online due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19. While disappointed about not being able to safely host the event at our newly built headquarters, we were overwhelmed with support for the online event.
Business Lending School offers attendees the opportunity to examine the processes and guidelines surrounding a commercial loan request from application, underwriting, processing, customer development, closing, and servicing.
Sessions are led by commercial lending experts who are also Centennial Lending team members. Interactive sessions allow attendees to learn and enhance practicable commercial lending skills and ideas. Additionally, attending business lending school is a great way to network and share ideas with industry leading peers.
We generally hold Business Lending School in late spring, but we have yet to finalize the dates and format for the 2021 session.
