When we began planning our new Firestone Headquarters in 2018, we never imagined 2020 would be characterized by the most serious pandemic the world has experienced in more than a century or by the economic crisis it would precipitate. What we did imagine was a space designed with a focus on efficiency and productivity, filled with natural light, collaborative work-spaces, and an incredible view of the front range.

Today, we are able to understand, firsthand, the negative impact COVID-19 is having on our community, and we are doing what we can to help our partners, their members, and our borrowers weather the storm. Simultaneously, we are looking forward with hope and excitement to the day when this crisis is behind us all. In an ideal world the pain of this crisis will fade, while the lessons and the recognition of how much we can achieve when we truly work together will remain.

As a Credit Union Service Organization, Centennial Lending has always been committed to the cooperative ideal. This crisis has done nothing to diminish this commitment, rather it only strengthened our resolve to work with our partners and communities to deliver superior value through innovative lending solutions, expertise, and positive experiences.

Our new address is 11281 Business Park Circle, Firestone, Colorado 80504-9534 which is located north-east of the intersection of I-25 and Highway 119.

Unfortunately, our offices are currently closed to the public in response to COVID-19. Under normal circumstances our offices and our products are available to the public.

All correspondence, including payments, MUST be sent to the new address beginning August 1, 2020.

You will need to update your records by July 31, 2020 to ensure your payments and correspondence reach us. Otherwise our move should have no impact on your loan.

We are committed to innovation and need a more efficient, productive, and comfortable workspace in order to continue providing the high level of service and expertise to which our partners and borrowers have grown accustomed.

Our previous headquarters was located just east of I-25 roughly two miles south of our new headquarters. We have watched the tri-town area grow rapidly and evolve over the last ten years and are excited to be a part of the continued growth.

We recently began offering our services to the retail market and believe our new headquarters is ideally positioned to serve existing and future residents of the tri-town and surrounding areas.

Additionally, our new location is strategically located to provide easy access to our partner credit unions who often travel from within Colorado as well as Wyoming, Arizona, Oklahoma, Oregon, Iowa, Idaho, New Mexico, and Nebraska.
