Residential Lending School is generally presented at our Firestone, Colorado headquarters, but was most recently offered online due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19. While disappointed about not being able to safely host the event at our newly built headquarters, we were overwhelmed with support for the online event.
This three-day school allows students to examine the processes and guidelines surrounding residential lending, from loan request through application, underwriting, processing, customer development, closing, and servicing.
Sessions are led by residential lending experts, some of whom are also Centennial Lending team members. Interactive sessions allow attendees to learn and enhance practicable residential lending skills and ideas. Additionally, attending residential lending school is a great way to network and share ideas with industry leading peers.
We usually hold Residential Lending School in late spring, but we have yet to finalize the dates and format for the 2021 session.
